Support the Milbridge Public Library
Donations
The Milbridge Public Library gladly welcomes donations of books and DVDs. Books that cannot be used in the library are saved for the Friends of the Library’s annual book sale. We are unable to accept college texts, Readers Digest and encyclopedias.
Make a Cash Donation
Cash donations are used to purchase additional library holdings. The Milbridge Public Library is registered as a 501(c)(3) organization under the United States Internal Revenue Code, so your cash donation is tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Volunteers
Volunteers are always welcome – and needed! Please contact us if you are interested in doing any of the following for the Milbridge Public Library:
- Reading the shelves (maintaining the shelves in alpha/numeric order)
- Covering books
- Covering the desk during children’s hour on Saturday’s during the summer
- Painting the library
- Cleaning rugs
